Quiana Watson
A distinguished real estate broker and dynamic community leader, Quiana Watson brings a legacy of excellence and a spirit of service to her role as President of Fearless Futures Foundation. Quiana is a proud graduate of Fayetteville State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA, sharpening the business and strategic skills that would fuel her rise to the top 1% of real estate professionals nationally.
Beyond her professional achievements, Quiana is deeply committed to giving back. She has served as an Ambassador for various nonprofit organizations, leading initiatives that uplift underserved communities. Her passion for mentorship, wealth creation, and community empowerment drives the mission of Fearless Futures Foundation—to open doors, shatter ceilings, and cultivate bold leadership among women and girls across Atlanta, Detroit, and Charlotte.
